Associating the extension with the user (for use with the desktop or mobile app)
Once the extension has been added to the account, the person intended to use the app must be paired/ associated with the extension for use. If you are unable to make these changes in your portal, first check with your company administrator to ensure you are set with the correct privileges, if you have done this already or you are the company administrator please contact our support team (
support@voipsolutiongroup.com) and we will carry out this action on your behalf. When email us to carry out this action on your behalf please ensure you enclose your domain name, extension number, and user registered email address.
